Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes up to 72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer one-year leases only.

You can pay your rent online or through the WIPS payment system.

Yes, you are required to have liability insurance and are encouraged to obtain personal property insurance as well.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Dominion Energy. For all other utilities such as water and sewer/trash those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.

You can use Comcast for your internet and cable services.

While we don’t have traditional on-site amenities, our location offers a nearby playground and walking trails and easy access to everything in Charlottesville.

Yes, one permit is available per leaseholder.

Yes, each apartment home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. While there is no dog park on-site, there are walking trails nearby.

Location

Our community is uniquely located just a stone’s throw away from top dining, shopping, and entertainment venues in Charlottesville, including Charlottesville Fashion Square, Costco, and Barracks Road Shopping Center.

We are located in the Albemarle County Public Schools district.

The nearest grocery stores are Harris Teeter and Kroger, located 3 miles away by driving distance

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

You can submit a work order online through Rent Café portal.

No, but we do require permission to enter, which you can provide when submitting a request.
